BIG Dream Gathering Co-Founder, Mitch Matthews goes deep on the subject of how to start an effective Mastermind Group.  He goes after specific questions on the subject of who should be invited, what steps you take to get started, strategies for running an effective meeting and deciding on when you should stop meeting as a group.  Listen  and find out how to start your own Mastermind!

Napoleon Hill wrote about Mastermind Groups in his timeless classic, “Think and Grow Rich.”
Specifically… he said:

“The Mastermind Principle: Two or more people actively engaged in the pursuit of a definite purpose with a positive mental attitude, constitute an unbeatable force.”

Now granted… he’s using turn of the century lingo here.
If I were to put this in today’s language, I’d say…
“An effective Mastermind Group is where a small group of people meet on a consistent and intentional basis for the express purpose of helping each other to achieve more.  When they do… they are an unbeatable force!”

Mastermind groups.

The key questions are:

Should YOU start one and if so… HOW should you do it?

That’s what I dive into with this week’s DREAM THINK DO episode.
See… I’ve been in a Mastermind Group for almost 10 years.  So I take that experience, along with a ton of research on the subject AND questions from DREAM THINK DO-ers… just like you!  And I jam-pack all that info into this special episode!

We’ll talk about:
  • Why (and if) you should start one
  • Who you’ll want to include
  • How to get the ball rolling
  • How to keep things healthy and productive
  • When to stop meeting
I’m betting it will help.
If you’ve ever wanted to achieve more of your dreams and live more of the life you were put on the planet to live… the Mastermind Group might be the secret sauce you’ve been missing!
Let’s get you the ingredients!
And hey… after you’ve listened in… leave a comment and let me know which concepts were the most helpful.  More importantly, share something you’re going to experiment with.
Plus, let me know if you still have questions.
I’d love to hear from YOU!
Keep dreaming big and helping others to do the same.

Mitch Matthews
